We have been utilizing Shoshin Technologies for over 10 years here at the Southern Shores Police Department. I have learned over the years on numerous occasions, that some of our problems and/or issues are self-inflicted via operator/user errors. That doesn't matter, someone from Shosin Tech still responds to whatever problem we have. This includes our network and individual work stations/ PCs. They also take the time to follow-up on issues that they have fixed to ensure all is well.
